Root to Rise Postpartum Care
Intentional and Practical Care for Your Fourth Trimester
Offered online and in-person
Dear Mama,
You may be wondering—
What can I expect from a postpartum doula? Do I need this kind of support?
You’re prepared to meet the journey ahead…
And, what if this time was just as much about receiving as it is about giving?

Meet Victoria
Hi parents!
I’m Victoria, a postpartum doula devoted to supporting families gracefully transition into the expansion of their homes and new roles in the initial weeks of parenthood.
I believe that when care is centered around the mother and family, it empowers you to connect with what you already know- your innate wisdom.
My methods for postpartum care are rooted in traditional (and ancient) healing modalities, designed to nurture the mother and her support system back to everyday life. I advocate for maternal well-being, holding the belief that the health and well-being of the mother are essential to the health and well-being of her baby.
With over 6 years of experience as a creative helping women bring their visions to life and as a devoted student of Womb Wisdom, I developed a passion for birth. I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that occurs when new life (and ideas) enter this world, providing me with a deep understanding of the identity and cyclical shifts that transpire during life’s biggest transitions. It’s an honor to bring this wisdom into my postpartum care to support women during one of the most- if not the most- transformative times in their lives.
I’m here to meet the unique dynamics and needs of your family, anchored in grounded presence, love, and respect.
Wishing you and your family the most graceful postpartum period,
Victoria

Postpartum doulas specialize in supporting families during the initial postpartum period and the early stages of newborn life.
While we each play an important role in supporting families, postpartum doulas specifically focus on providing compassionate, non-judgmental support and care for mama and baby after birth.
They offer emotional, physical, newborn care and educational guidance during the first days or weeks after your baby is born and support the well-being of both mother and baby. Whether that’s tending to the home, making nutrient-dense meals, drawing mom a bath, providing educational resources, or offering a listening ear, postpartum doulas are there to support. Postpartum doulas do not perform clinical tasks or medical exams.
-
The overall schedule can differ week to week depending on mom, baby, and family needs, but postpartum doulas are here to ensure that parents feel supported, rested, and resourced during the transition into life with a newborn- whether it’s your first baby or your fourth.
I offer flexible scheduling based on your family’s needs, with daytime and evening support (until 7 pm) available.
